Practice Managers Networking @ Night

This event is open to our Practice Managers and Administrators. Join us at the U.S.S. Chowder Pot IV Promenade Banquet and Conference Room, on Wednesday May 16 at 5:30 pm.

We would like to highlight innovative services and offerings available within our network that help support all of us and the work we do.

If you have a unique program or service your practice provides which benefits patients and other members of the organization in the area of access, cost or quality, please send that information our way for consideration.

Our goal is to compile all of the innovative programs and services submitted and highlight a few of these on the night of our networking event. We will also begin to do this in other forums in the coming months.

Tell us what you are doing! We want to hear from you and share your work!

Registration is now open on Eventbrite

SOHO HEALTH Patient Help Line Survey

We are currently evaluating patient help line technology to manage and triage after-hours patient calls. Our intent is to identify a tool that can both can eliminate the need for providers to take after-hours calls and help patients avoid unnecessary and expensive emergency room visits while still providing expert care for your patients. To better understand how you manage after-hours calls, we’re asking for your help in completing a survey.

If you have not responded to this survey previously, please take a few minutes to provide your feedback. Your insight is a valuable part of our evaluation of this service.
