CVS Health COVID-19 Testing

Effective 5/15/20 New CVS Health Testing Sites
CVS Health will be offering additional COVID-19 testing sites for individuals meeting CDC criteria for testing; the tests used are self-swab. Patients must register in advance. Click here for a listing of sites in CT & MA.

CVS Health Long Wharf Testing Site
In collaboration with state and federal officials, CVS Health is operating a drive through COVID-19 testing site New Haven located at the former Gateway Community College site at Long Wharf. The address is 60 Sargent Street, New Haven.

Patients can register online and schedule a time for testing at https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/covid-19-testing.  Patients can bring the referral from their provider. If they do not have an  order, they will be screened by licensed healthcare providers to determine if they meet the CDC criteria for testing. Patients must also show proof of state residency and age (must be over 18).
